New playlist page

We’ve got a brand new playlist page with loads of new features.
- Brand new embeddable player - you can now cut and paste embed code to put playlists on your blogs, profile pages and websites. You can show the playlist in 3 different formats - 3D, list or video.
- New “Related videos” and “people who watched this video also watched…”
- We’ve put thumbnail images on the videos in the playlist
- A new section on the playlist showing when it was added, the category, tags and description
- You can see other playlists by the same user
